A 16-year-old sophomore who plays both trombone and tenor saxophone. He’s the founder of the band and wishes to spread jazz back into mainstream music. He started the band in the middle of freshman year and has slowly grown since. Emilio’s love for music is immeasurable, and he wants to spread jazz back into people's ears and lives.

Walter is a 16-year-old electric bassist from San Mateo, California. He picked up the bass at the age of five and has played it ever since. Some of his favorite jazz musicians to listen to include Herbie Hancock, Jaco Pastorius, and Miles Davis.
Walter joined Decaf Jazz in 2026.
